Terms

Last updated: [INSERT DATE]. These terms cover the use of this site and the purchase of coaching services.

Services

Coaching covers program design, scheduled check-ins, and message access between them. What you receive and how often depends on which option you take — in person, hybrid or online — and is confirmed in writing before you start.

Payment and renewal

Your rate is agreed on the assessment call and confirmed before any payment is taken. Billing terms, including whether a plan renews and how to cancel, are set out at the point of purchase.

Refunds

Pre-written programs are delivered immediately and are non-refundable once sent. For coaching, unused time can be discussed — get in touch rather than letting a plan lapse quietly.

Medical disclaimer

Coaching is strength and performance training. It is not medical care, physical therapy, or a substitute for either. Get cleared by a doctor or physical therapist before starting, keep them involved while you train, and stop and seek care if something hurts in a way that is not ordinary training discomfort.

Assumption of risk

Lifting carries a risk of injury, and that risk does not disappear because a session is coached. You train at your own risk, and you are responsible for disclosing injuries, surgeries, medications and health conditions that could affect your training — including anything that changes partway through.

Intellectual property

Programs, videos and written material remain mine. You are free to use them for your own training; you may not resell, republish or pass them on.

Termination

Either of us can end the coaching relationship. If that happens, any time already paid for and not used is settled between us directly.
