A program built around the person

The Elite Fit method gives your training structure without pretending every body, schedule, goal or starting point is the same.

01
Assess

Know exactly where you're starting.

We start with your goals, training history, current ability, schedule, lifestyle, preferences, available equipment and any relevant restrictions or professional guidance. The goal is to know what we're building from.

02
Build

Create a foundation you can train on.

We create the foundation your goal requires: movement quality, training consistency, strength, work capacity, and a plan you can realistically execute.

03
Progress

Increase the challenge intelligently.

As you adapt, the training evolves. Exercise difficulty, resistance, volume, conditioning and other variables progress based on performance — not ego or an arbitrary calendar.

04
Perform

Turn the work into the outcome that matters.

The final stage is personal. It might mean losing body fat, adding muscle, getting stronger, moving with more confidence, returning to activities you value, or reaching a new performance goal.

The principles behind it

Where your next level begins

Your physical therapist gets you out of pain and discharges you. I take it from there — from cleared, to capable, to stronger than you were before.

Progress with purpose

Healed tissue needs load to get strong again. Progressive, measured, and inside what you can tolerate that week — never through pain.

Close the gap

Injuries leave one side weaker and one pattern avoided. I test both sides and build balanced, progressive strength before adding heavy load on top of it.

Back to performance

The finish line isn't pain-free. It's the level you were at before, and then past it — with the numbers to show you got there.

Healthy mind, healthy body

Training is the easy half. The harder half is building a week that holds the training — sleep you protect, meals you can repeat, and a plan that survives a bad Monday. That's why check-ins cover more than sets and reps.

Discipline here means doing the ordinary things on schedule, not punishing yourself for missing one. Miss a session and we move it. Miss a week and we adjust the block. The plan bends so you don't break.

For comeback clients

If you're returning after injury, surgery or rehabilitation, the same method applies — with added attention to your current capacity and any relevant clearance or restrictions. Personal training supports your return to fitness; it does not replace medical care or physical therapy.
